Q1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer, factory located in Taiwan, capable for OEM / ODM project.

Q2. How long is the lead time?

For the sample, normally we need 3 days. For the mass production, made to order normally 30 to 35 days.

Q3. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Sample 1 pc can be provided freely with freight collected.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?

Trading terms available at EX-WORK / FOB / FCA and etc. T/T payment is preferred. If you have some special request for payment terms, please contact us for further information.

Q5. How is the OEM capability?

500,000 pcs each model of pot per month.

Taiwan.

Q7. Do you offer small quantity, ie. 50pcs or 100pcs?

Due to flower pots are low value items, small quantity dispatch is not economic. Each sea cargo handling charge generally USD 350 each lot. Full container loading base with mixed items are welcome.

Q8. What's the main business of your company?

We have 2 main series: firstly is ODM & OEM of luggage accessories, such as trolley handles, luggage wheels, etc. Secondly is ODM & OEM of garden supplies, ie. flower pots, for outdoor application, indoor application and nursery field facilities.

Q9. What price terms are available?

EX-WORK or FOB is preferred. CNF or CIF is also available.

Q10. Is OEM available by your company?

Yes, YEOU CHERNG mainly produces Aiermei range gardening products. With current facilities and R&D, we are capable to take OEM projects.

Q11. What's about the MOQ?

We provide 1,000 items with low MOQ, ONE STOP SHOP service product range including: a) plastic flower pots from dia. 5 cm to dia. 96 cm, b) propagation pot, c) soft nursery pots, d) nursery display bench, e) weed barrier mat & shade net, garden tools and etc.
